Commitment to regulation
In all areas where we operate, we act under appropriate regulation and licencing. This is for your protection as well as ours. For further details about where you live and what we offer, please contact us.
Our regulatory permissions, licencing and professional insurances are available for clients’ inspection.
Where possible, our clients will be met in person. We are a team of individuals accustomed to travel, and happy to meet you at a mutually convenient location. In areas where we would struggle to travel, we can deliver our advice using the latest in tele-communications technology.
Ethics & conduct
We adhere to the highest industry expectations for ethics and conduct.
All of our advisers are members of UK financial accreditation bodies, which each carry minimum annual requirements for Continuous Professional Development (CPD), a commitment to codes of ethics and conduct, anti-money laundering training and qualifications.
Our internal policies and procedures are transparent and focussed on client experience. We do not award our advisers based on financial successes alone, but upon their conduct, client satisfaction, quality of work and ongoing professional development.
Qualifications & expertise
Our financial planners hold UK advisory qualifications, and must be members of UK financial awarding bodies, such as the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII), the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (CISI), the Professional Finance Society (PFS) and the London Institute of Banking and Finance (LIBF).
Professional development programme
We require all of our financial planners to continue to progress professionally, produce an annual record of Continuous Professional Development (CPD) and be seeking further qualifications and development. Where an adviser is focussed upon a particular region or advisory area, we ensure that they take up any relevant local qualifications available to ensure their expertise and understanding.
